bodySCULPT® is proud to announce that our founder and leading plastic surgeon Dr. Spero Theodorou will be performing live surgery for Inmode’s Livestream Surgical Educational Series. The surgery (Season 2 – Episode 6) is scheduled for Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 11:00am EST. Dr. Theodorou is also InMode’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO), responsible for developing all InMode procedures, clinical studies and training. He has many years of experience in using advanced radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technologies that provide significant body sculpting results.
On December 15, you can watch Dr. Theodorou performing surgery live from the operating room. He will utilize cutting-edge radiofrequency energy contouring technology with both the BodyTite and Morpheus8 Body with Burst platforms to perform Medial and Lateral Thigh liposuction on our patient. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and the patient will be awake and comfortable throughout the procedure. Along with performing this live surgery, he will also be narrating the procedure, reviewing candidate selection, and discussing treatment settings and techniques.

After receiving his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at RUSH St. Luke’s Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Spero Theodorou also underwent an additional year of training in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital’s Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship Program, formerly affiliated with New York University (NYU). Dr. Theodorou is presently teaching faculty at MEETH and the prestigious ASAPS (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), instructing plastic surgeons on the latest body contouring surgery advancements. The MEETH (Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital) Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship has the distinction of being the oldest aesthetic surgery training program in the country, and is internationally recognized in the field of cosmetic surgery.
With his experience in diverse areas of aesthetic plastic surgery, Dr. Theodorou is constantly invited to speak and give presentations in the U.S. and internationally. He has authored numerous publications on aesthetic plastic surgery, and is the section editor for Liposuction for the prestigious Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal.
